What we do:

At Maverick we recognize the growing popularity of group training. We also recognize some of the drawbacks certain clients experience including lack of support with generalized fitness sessions, large based group classes, bootcamps and other cardio based programs. At Maverick we personalize our sessions for every client using protocols and workouts based on the client’s current level and goals.

We have combined the best elements of group fitness including: community, motivation, support and accountability with the best elements of personal training which include: more individual support, tailored training programs, direct attention and a more premium experience.

Our actual training system involves a variety of strength based exercises, training techniques and performance benchmarks accomplished through a systematic method of progression.

intake process

Step 1

Your first appointment at Maverick (45 minutes) will be split between a sit down “meet and greet” along with a Structural balance biomechanichal  assessment. During the meeting portion of the appointment a dedicated member of our staff will be there to learn more about your exact goals. 

Step 2

Two 1:1 Private training sessions will be offered prior to enrollment in the group sessions to aquiant you with the gym, your program and what to expect before joining small group sessions. a

Step 3

Joining the rest of the Maverick Community in Group sessions.

Optional support:

-Nutrition

-Body composition assessment 

-Bi-weekly/monthly progress tracking
