We coach based on the following 3 steps:

  • Building a bulletproof core, thereby drastically decreasing the chance of injury.
  • Developing awareness of how to perform all foundational movements with proper form and technique.
  • Implementing a systematic and strategic progression that on average produces a 30%-50%  increase in strength in 8-12 week period.

How your son or Daughter will benefit from enrolling in our youth program:

  • Building healthy habits for life.
  • Organized and well monitored strength training increases athletic performance in sports and vastly reduces risk of injury.
  • Many young athletes miss out on reaching their athletic potential because they don’t lift weights.
